28 Feb Music by Jack’s Lake – Successful concert on Sunday 12th July
On Sunday 12th July we held the third of our summer programme of concerts by Jack’s Lake. An audience of 260 people, many with picnics, enjoyed a varied programme including Beethoven, Sibelius, Janacek and several film scores. We were especially delighted to welcome Timpanist Marney O’Sullivan, and Accordionist Neil Varley. The sound of the timpani rolled like summer thunder across the lake, thrilling everyone on a magical evening. Many thanks to all those who attended and supported us.
