In late summer 2024 we liaised with Barnet Council to get the main bridleway (a public right of way) re-surfaced, which should make it a lot easier to use, especially in wet weather.  We are very grateful for the Council’s prompt response to our request.

As regular users of the Common will doubtless also have noticed, brambles regularly spread across many of the smaller and less used paths. Our Volunteers (see ‘Vacancies’ on the website if you are interested in volunteering) try to keep the paths clear however the wet summer has meant the brambles are still winning. Please feel free to join us on a Tuesday or Thursday morning to keep trimming.
